An avid wine enthusiast, Valerie has extensive knowledge of fine wines and champagne, a result of training she received in her former field. A proud grandmother herself, Valerie also enjoys crafts and is an accomplished cook. She enjoys travel as well, and has a special place in her heart for Hawaii, where she lived for several years.
