All locations have resident managers that live on site. All offer free locks with rentals.
• Better Business Bureau
BullsEye is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and has been a member in good standing since 1993. BullsEye is the only self storage facility in the Houston area that is a Better Business Bureau member.
• Free cylinder lock
In most BullsEye storage units, a unique, free, slip-in cylinder lock provides protection similar to deadbolt mechanisms.
• Humidistat
In specific locations, BullsEye has monitors to
regulate moisture in the air by using special dryers.
• A clean building
Our managers check the buildings frequently, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Halls are uncluttered, floors are swept and waxed, and trash is removed. We pride ourselves on having the cleanest storage facilities in the city.
• Exterior elevators
At BullsEye multi-level facilities, two industrial-sized Otis elevators are located on the exteriors of the buildings for quick and easy access to the second and third floors. They're convenient for you and a big money saver when you are hiring movers by the hour.
• Individual door alarms
BullsEye Storage offers units that have a door alarm connected to monitors in the BullsEye office.
• Insect control
Regular professional insect abatement service by a nationally recognized company maintains an insect-unfriendly environment.
• 24-hour videotape surveillance cameras
• Fire-protection service
BullsEye Storage offers units that have an individual sprinkler head built into the space.
• Computer-controlled access gate
Individual passcodes operate access gates.
• Personally answered phone
There is no out-of-state reservation desk. No call center. When you phone BullsEye, you speak directly with personnel on-site.
• Package acceptance
With your permission BullsEye managers will accept packages for you from FedEx, UPS, and other services.

All five locations offer free use of the BullsEye moving truck with new rentals for move-in.
• Drive up units
The Airline and Gulfgate locations both offer drive-up units in both large and smaller sizes, where most storage facilities have mainly garage size drive up units. These two locations are also all one level, which makes for easy unloading and extra wide driveways.
